Description
Flex shaft is the system of transferring rotation from the ceiling up to the damper. It replaces 3/8″ steel rods. This generally saves time and therefore money on the job site.
The Flex shaft cable starts with a solid inner-core 0.25″ in diameter. It is wrapped with a brass surface wire. The Flex-shaft system will deliver more than 50 Lbs. of torque.
There is a choice of outer sheathing: white polyethylene plastic or flexible metal conduit.
